President of the National Assembly of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan gave a speech at the Euronest PA 9th Session, where he particularly referred to the Azerbaijani – Turkish aggression against Artsakh, noting that Azerbaijan’s xenophobic and hateful behavior clearly demonstrates that Azerbaijan is trying to resolve the contentious issues through the barbaric and uncivilized means.
